Okayplayer.com has announced that the cover of "New Amerykah" which was posted is not an actual album cover. Erykah is said to be preparing something different. On her MySpace there is a simpler version of the posted cover. Click here to see the other version of the cover.

The Dallas native lived up to her top billing as she thrilled a jam-packed venue. (...) She began with Don't Be Long, then reeled off others such as Hip-Hop, On And On, Didn't Cha Know, Bag Lady and Love Of My Life. She came off the stage and went into the crowd and was instantly mobbed by her fans who kept calling for their favourite songs. (...) But little did he know that one of the surprise guests would be singing a special tune just for him. After announcing Erykah Badu and Slick Rick were in the building, Ms. Badu began her serenade. I know it isn’t the clearest video I ever recorded but you can almost feel Rae turning red from both embarrassment and shock (but more from embarrassment). Click 'play' to watch the video.
